Each bundle is a full line-up — venue, catering, DJ, and more — matched to the exact service you need, at one clear price. Don't love a pick? Swap any single vendor for another.
Prefer to browse? Search and filter by category, rating, and price, open a vendor's profile to see their work, prices, and reviews, then add their service to your bundle with your date, time, guest count, and — if it runs across days — a multi-day range.
Send your requests. Vendors approve them, and for any service marked negotiable you can make an offer and settle on a price first. When you're ready, pay by card through Stripe.
Here's the important part: your money doesn't go to the vendor yet. It's held in escrow by Jorna until the event happens. Priced per person or per day? Jorna does the math — rate × guests, or × days — so the total is always right.
Every booking opens a group chat with your vendors. Messages arrive live, so last-minute details, timelines, and questions all live in one thread instead of a dozen texts.
After the event, tap Confirm to release the payment — you're vouching the vendor delivered. Something went wrong? You can request a refund within 24 hours of paying, or Report a Problem to freeze that one booking for our team to review. Then leave a review to help the next host.

Connect your account through Stripe once. This is what lets Jorna pay you out — and clients can't complete a booking with you until it's set up, so it's worth doing early.
When a client picks you — from an AI bundle or from search — the request lands in your Bookings tab. Approve it, decline it, or, on services you've marked negotiable, counter with a price until you both agree.
Once approved, the client pays — and that money sits safely in escrow with your name on it. On the day, open the booking at the venue and check in: your GPS-verified check-in is your confirmation that you delivered.
When the client confirms too, your payout is released automatically — your amount, minus Jorna's platform fee.
