Frequently asked
Are the team bundles generated by AI?
Yes. Jorna uses your event details — city, date, guest count, budget, and vibe — to assemble and rank vendor teams. Every vendor in them is a real business with a profile you can open and check.
Can I book individual vendors, or do I have to take a whole bundle?
Both. Start from a generated bundle and swap any vendor in it, or skip bundles entirely and book one at a time from the Marketplace.
What if a vendor cancels or doesn't show up?
Because the money sits in escrow, a vendor who doesn't show up can't be paid. If one cancels, the payment is refunded rather than released.
How long does money stay in escrow?
From when you pay until after the event, once both sides confirm it went ahead. The booking shows its status the whole time, so you always know where your money is.
